- 28-Day Warranty: A 28-day warranty is provided for monthly subscriptions, including a 2-day buffer for managing expiry dates. If you face issues, report them immediately to customer support. Resolution times may vary from a few hours to 48 hours. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours due to our fault, the warranty period will be extended by the delay duration.
19. Warranty for Subscriptions Activated on Customer Numbers or Gmail Accounts
- Full Warranty: We provide full warranty coverage for subscriptions activated on customer numbers or Gmail accounts. If the subscription fails, you will have the option to receive a partial refund for the remaining days or a different subscription. If you prefer to wait, you may do so until the issue is resolved and the subscription is back in stock. Refunds or replacements will be provided based on the issue’s resolution.
