- Screen Limits: As this is a shared plan, screen limits may occur occasionally. If you face a limit, you can download and watch offline or upgrade to a Private Profile with PIN plan for guaranteed access.
- Prime Video Access Only: Subscription grants access to streaming only. Does not include Amazon shopping or Music.
- No Shopping: Any shopping activity on this account results in immediate termination without refund.
- Single Login: Strictly one device login per subscription.
- Credential Sharing: Sharing account details with others is prohibited.
- No Setting Changes: Do not modify profile names, avatars, or account settings.
- Fixed Device: Changing devices is not permitted unless authorized.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellation: Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Issue Resolution: In case of any issues in the future that we are unable to fix, either a refund will be provided or a voucher will be provided for the amount based on the situation.
